Guests arriving at the hotel will need to wear face coverings. face coverings will have to be worn around all public areas of the hotel with the exception of the restaurant and bar when you are seated. When you check in and have been handed your personalized and sanitized key pack you will need to book in for breakfast and you will need to book a slot for the leisure club should you wish to use during your stay. Time slots will be every hour with a 45 minute session and then 15 minutes for the facilities to be cleaned. Please note you will need to take a towel down with you from your room to the leisure club. We remind all guests to practice social distancing throughout the hotel.

please note following guidelines, if you are booked in for more than two nights your room gets cleaned on the 3rd day.  If you do need extra towels, toiletries etc we can provide extra on request.

Check in time for the hotel is 3pm. If guests would like to arrange an earlier check in please call the hotel directly and we will always try to accommodate requests.

Check out time Monday to Friday is 10am and 12pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Breakfast times are 7am - 9am Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 10am Saturday and Sunday. Please remember to book your breakfast slot. For guests leaving the hotel earlier, we can provide a continental breakfast to your bedroom or to reception ready to collect on your departure.

The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, snacks and evening meals. We do have sandwiches available throughout the night should guests require. Please note payment is currently being taken over the phone from our room service team. We are not taking cash.

Burleigh Springs, our leisure club is currently open. . Guests will need to book a slot to use this facility and will be allocated a 45 minute slot.  (bookings can be taken at hotel reception or at the leisure club reception). Please note times will get booked up quickly and under new restrictions currently in place we can only have a certain amount of guest using the facilities during each slot to maintain social distancing.

Please remember to wear your face coverings and maintain social distancing when around the hotel. Face coverings are not needed when seated in the bar and restaurant area.
